HOMEMADE BAKED POTATO CHIPS This is an easy recipe for homemade baked potato chips and healthier option to traditional fried potato chips. It is one of the best snacks ever tasted without feeling the guilt. Line the potato slices in one layer and bake until crisp and golden brown. Ingredients: 3 medium size potatoes , peeled out Salt and fresh black pepper Garlic, Herbs, and spices (oregano, basil, etc) 1 to 2 tbsp oil Directions: Preheat the oven to 230 C (450 F). Put baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the potatoes in 1/8-inch thick round slices. Here are some tips for making Masala pasta.                                                                                                                                  STEPS: Firstly, add 1 inch ginger and 2 clove garlic in 1 tsp oil and 1 tsp butter. Further put ½ onion till they turn brown. Add 1 cup tomato pulp and mix well. Keep stirring till the tomato pulp thickens. Now add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilly powder, ½ tsp garam masala and ½ tsp salt. Stir till the spices gets cooked completely. Now add 2 tbsp corn, ¼ capsicum, ¼ carrot, 2 tbsp peas and 7 florets broccoli. Saute for a minute. Add 3 tbsp water and mix well. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Now add  2 tbsp tomato sauce and ½ tsp mixed herbs. Stir well. Now add in cooked pasta and mix gently till the sauce gets coated well. Finally, serve Masala Pasta   hot toppe
